The ten-month investigation of the Warren Commission of 1963–1964 concluded that the President was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald acting alone and that Jack Ruby acted alone when he killed Oswald before he could stand trial. These conclusions were initially supported by the American public; however, polls conducted from 1966 to 2004 found that as many as 80 percent of Americans have suspected that there was a plot or cover-up.
Contrary to the Warren Commission, the United States House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) in 1979 concluded that President John F. Kennedy was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy. The HSCA found both the original FBI investigation and the Warren Commission Report to be seriously flawed. While agreeing with the Commission that Oswald fired all the shots which caused the wounds to Kennedy and Governor Connally, it stated that there were at least four shots fired and that there was a "high probability" that two gunmen fired at the President. No gunmen or groups involved in the conspiracy were identified by the committee, but the CIA, Soviet Union, organized crime and several other groups were said to be not involved, based on available evidence. The assassination is still the subject of widespread debate and has spawned numerous conspiracy theories and alternative scenarios.

How can a 6.5 mm Italian carbine blow open JFK's skull ?
If Oswald did shoot from the Library then the bullet would have gone in from the back of JFK's head and come out from JFK's face..but we see no signs of any damage to the front of his face ! Why ? (and collected his wife and punctured the car ) And the gun was a single shot so he had to reload it and re-aim it between the trees while JFK's car was moving away .. so how did he manage all that ? Was he a professional shooter ? That gun is good enough for shooting rabbits ...and will not blow them apart ! Oswald was the scapegoat used by the CIA & FBI to make you believe that he did it! watch this CBS video on how they tested with a moving target ... |

In March 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald purchased a "6.5 mm Italian carbine," later improperly called a Mannlicher–Carcano, through mail order, for $19.95 ($155 in 2015 dollars).
The advertisement only specified a "6.5 Italian Carbine" and actually shows a Carcano model M91 TS, which was the 36" Carcano carbine model sold through the ad when it was originally placed. However, from a time 11 months before Oswald placed his order, the Chicago sporting goods store from which he purchased it had been shipping the slightly longer (40.2") Model 91/38 under the same ad, and this is the weapon Oswald received. Official reports have concluded that Oswald used this weapon to assassinate U.S. President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. The rifle, made in Terni arsenal in 1940 and bearing the serial number C2766, was equipped for an extra $7 with an inexpensive new 4x18 Japanese telescopic sight, on a sheet metal side mount. It was later scrutinized by local police, the FBI, the U. S. Army, and two federal commissions. Shooting tests, conducted by those groups and others using the original rifle or similar models, addressed questions about the speed and accuracy with which the Carcano could be fired. Following lawsuits over its ownership, the rifle ended up in storage at the National Archives. |

Kennedy was shot just before the pothole on the ground where his car is perpendicular to the video camera and having just past the lamp post and the street sign second!
Below are videos showing the entry & exit hole of a bullet. As you can see in this video the matter gets pushed out in the same direction of the bullet, so we can say that Kennedy's outward explosion cranium indicate that the bullet did not come from the depository building but from a position at the bridge level from the left. If it did come from a high above his head position we should have seen the mouth & chin area exploding downwards given the angle of the bullet! It could have also come from this truck with a dome that just had come out the bridge and stationary when JFK was shot!

These skulls, taken from a mass grave in Chelyabinsk, belong to people killed by a bullet in the head by Stalin's secret service (NKVD) You can see the bullet hole in the skull on the right.

None of the skulls suffered bone exploding-open like JFK's did ! A big caliber bullet have had to be used in order to open JFK's skull that way?

When a bullet enters the body it creates a small spray moments earlier, then when it comes out it creates a bigger one. The caliber of the bullet used has to be around the .40 to .50 (12mm) to be able to blow the head open. A 6 to 7mm bullet will only penetrate it and go out of the head. Demonstration of this in the videos below

The spray of a bullet hitting something can give clues of it's direction - notice the spray on JFK's indicated by the black arrows in the picture above .
There is a big difference between the entry and exit hole in the apple video below and that is why I believe that JFK head exploded by the use of a big caliber bullet and it also indicates the use of a sniper rifle. The rifle had to be carried into position and not seen by people while it was taken there! Was it assemble on site? Was it carried in a case? Was it put in position days before to make sure the sniper wasn't seen carrying it? Can a sniper rifle be assemble and in a short time? Were special double exploding bullets used to inflict maximum damage?

The complete WFAA-TV interviews with JFK assassination eyewitnesses William and Gayle Newman.
To note that when JFK was shot, there were 3 other persons on the steps closer to where the alleged shots came from, but no one interviewed them like the Newman family was. Would an assassin shoot without a silencer and risk to get arrested? If a silencer was used, did the Newman's hear a bullet going past them instead of a bang? Could they tell of its direction? If it came from the back of them why did they cover their kids by turning and facing in the direction where the bullets were coming from? Why didn't the Newman cover their kids by putting their back between the source of fire and their children? Why did the cameramen stood during this time and took photos? If the shots came from The Knolls the Newman family and the 3 other persons on the steps were in the way of the gunmen so there was less chance to kill or miss JFK all together! Did the Newman's take cover immediately after they heard the first bullet? If not why not? Most of the people were next to the book depository watching, why Mr Newman an electrician was allowed near The Knolls? The investigation at the time |
