Diana last moments before the accident.
The car in which Diana was traveling was a Mercedes Benz S280 which had been stolen days prior to the crash.
Where was the Mercedes Benz S280 taken...? It than was returned a few days earlier in pristine condition just before Diana took it that night.. being the only car available to Diana that night ! The ONBOARD COMPUTER CHIP of the Mercedes Benz S280 in which Diana was traveling that night was missing ! The CHIP controlled the navigation, acceleration, 'steering' and braking of the vehicle. The Safety of the car Diana was in is as follow: The W140 S-Class introduced several safety innovations which have since become commonplace among many vehicles.

The first call to the Ambulance
The Necker Hospital where the Ambulance was dispatched from was 7 minutes away or 3.4 km (2.1 miles) from the accident scene where Diana was waiting for them. The jury was never told these facts.

The ambulance arrived 21 minutes after the accident from the Necker Hospital was 3.4 km (2.1 miles) from the accident scene . The Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital where Diana was taken was 6.5 km away (4 miles) .

This map shows the distance ( 3,4 km - 2.1 miles ) between Diana's car accident in France and the Necker Hospital where the ambulance was dispatched. Diana was taken to the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital 6.5 km away (4 miles) because it was believed there was a Thoracic trauma expert waiting but there wasn't.
Why wasn't a Thoracic trauma expert on-call, called immediately that night to assist Diana given the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital was chosen because of Diana's Thoracic trauma ?
Why was it so hard to decide which hospital to take Diana to ? If the Emergency services receive reports of a car accident it should be automatically assumed that the passengers have received some kind of Thoracic trauma and should be taken to a hospital capable to treat them which in turn will call the Thoracic trauma expert on-call that night as the ambulance makes its way there,
What is the point in stabilizing a patient on the scene of the accident when a doctor or ambulance staff don't know how bad Diana's Thoracic trauma was without using specialized equipment that Hospitals have? The doctor knows this fact but he chose to waste precious time at the scene instead of immediately take Diana to a trauma ready Hospital !
Diana had the accident at 12:28 am and reached the hospital by Ambulance at 2:06 am, a full 1 hour and 38 min later ! She died shortly after at 2:12 am .
The travel time showing on map is indicative of current traffic conditions in Paris, when Diana was traveling the traffic for the Ambulance was light (12:28 am).
You can calculate the travel time of the ambulance by clicking the map "More options" and choosing the time & date of the accident ( 12:23am 31 Aug 1997).

The scene of Diana's accident, just in front of the door. You are looking back towards where Diana's car came from.
Some reports claim that Diana's car was traveling at 120-mph (193 kmh) when they crashed. This is impossible, because this car needs a long stretch of road to reach this speed and the road leading to the tunnel is narrow and with a curve just before the entrance of the tunnel. The Mercedes in which they were driving in is not capable to take a bend like the one in front of the tunnel at over 190-km/h and maintain control of the vehicle. The driver wasn't a racing driver either. Look at the map that shows the road they took from the Ritz Hotel and the curve before the tunnel with one more tunnel leading up to the tunnel of the scene of the accident!.
This car was a 6 cylinder and even if you accelerate from the curve onward it would take time to pick up speed given that the model has a 0–100 km/h of 10.5 seconds.
My personal view is that whoever wanted to kill Diana had to create an accident scenario first in which the Emergency Services personnel would have finished killing her ! Diana survived the accident, see notes & photos above.
The Paparazzi were just the excuse they used (by placing them near the tunnel ) to justify the so called "accident" that the media will feed the public later !
Which Paparazzi would be able to follow Diana's car at over 60 to 80 mph (or at 120 mph-190 km/h - see above) into the tunnel while driving their car or scooter and take photos at the same time, when they already photographed Diana on her way out of the Ritz Hotel with Dodi? (See the photos the Paparazzi took of Diana above at the Ritz Hotel)
The Paparazzi would have to accelerate faster than 80 mph (128 km/h) to reach Diana's door to take a photo of her (in a tunnel)! No Paparazzi's scooter or car can do that !
At that speed with all the wind you could not hold you camera still on a scooter or take a flash photo from within the Paparazzi's car because the light of the flash would bounce off your car's glass and whiteout the photo....or you could lower your window then while holding your steering with one hand and the camera on the other traveling at 128 km/h and having set your zoom to wide angle or if it was a fixed lens you are on 50mm you now have to be within flash range say between 1m to 4m if using a 100ASA 35 film or you can be further back say 6m if you are using a more sensitive film like 400ASA but then you need to lineup your opened window with Diana's one and if you manage to take a photo (..you need a miracle) you have the problem of your flash light reflecting off Diana's window which will spoil the shot...unless it is very curved surface which her car wasn't !
I don't think a Paparazzi could do that or risk his life to take a shot !
For these reasons I don't believe that the driver of Diana's car was running away from the Paparazzi and that it was a premeditated "accident"
The deliberate negligence of the Emergency Services personnel point to a well organized plan to dispose of Diana by many players like, inside the Hospital, the driver of the car, some in the Royal family and Diana's boyfriend to a certain degree.

Knowledge of Diana's Thoracic trauma was kept from those first treating Diana. Why ? In this way Diana would have received the wrong treatment from the ambulance first attenders ..and continue to bleed internally. Thoracic trauma is often caused by wearing the seat-belts. Reports say that she wasn't wearing them. So what caused the chest trauma in the back seat? Diana was removed from the car 28 minutes later! Not because they had to cut her out of the car to free her, they just kept her there . Diana remained in the car for other 20 minutes after the Ambulance arrived Diana arrives in hospital at 2..06 am from the accident time of 12.28 am 3,4 km away from the Hospital of Necker France . Diana was still alive and talking and agitated 9 minutes after the arrival of the first Fire-ambulance and her pulse was normal. Diana was left in the car for 37 minutes after the crash. Diana dies 6 minutes after arriving in Hospital at 2.12 am Diana could have had survived if it wasn't for the deliberate stalling and miss treatment of her by the emergency services..why did they want her dead A non medic was left attending Diana during the first critical minutes for over 17 minutes until a doctor arrived ... !
